The Study Of Three Steps Therapy With Drug Treatment Used In The Early-metaphase Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective:Use the three steps therapy to train the strength and endurance of the muscle around the knee joint, to observe the clinical curative effect of the conbination with the basis-used drug and the three-step therapy in the treatment of early-metaphase knee osteoarthritis. To provide a safe and effective clinical treatment and less cost for the one who has the knee osteoarthritis.Methods:Selected 60 patients who are the one with the early-metaphase knee osteoarthritis from our hospital, divided patients into the treatment group and control group to accept the treatment. Assess the WOMAC and VAS score, the thigh circumference measurement of the patients before the treatment, during the treatment and after the treatment to observe the effective of the treatments.ResultsThe treatment group conbined with Drug treatment and the three steps therapy has the better Clinical effect to release the pain, to improve the muscle power and change the limb function of the early-metaphase knee osteoarthritis Conelusion:The treatments of two groups have the effective to cure the knee osteoarthritis, and compared with control group, the exercise therapy group has the better therapeutic effect (P< 0.01). That means exercise therapy group can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of patients with knee OA, improve the quality of life, and lasting treatment effect.
