ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy of Milli- fire needle treatment on stroke spastic paralysis, evaluate muscle tension, clinical spasticity index, degree of disability, neurological function and activities of daily living of stroke patients with spastic paralysis who’s treated by Milli- fire needle and electric acupuncture, and compare the effect of the two treatment regimens, provide scientific basis for further theoretical and practical application of fire needle cents.Methods60 patients met the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria spastic paralysis stroke patients were randomly divided into groups of Milli-fire needle and electric acupuncture,30 cases and 30 cases. All patients were treated on the basis on the basis of drug administration. The treatment lasted 1 day,5 days for a course of two days rest and then continue treatment, a total of two courses of treatment. Before and after treatment using the modified Ashworth spasticity scale clinical spasticity score index (CSI), Rinkin Scale (MRS) scale rating scale of daily living (Barthel Index), NIHSS scale neurological deficit scores were assessed for all patients, in order to evaluate the therapeutic effects of the two methods.ResultsTwo groups of patients before treatment in a modified Ashworth spasticity scale clinical spasticity score index (CSI), Rinkin Scale (MRS) scale rating scale of daily living (Barthel Index), NIHSS neurological deficit scores on the rating scale, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).After treatment, each scale scores before and after treatment, treatment comparison, there were significant differences. Cents are more significant differences fire needle group and electric acupuncture group. Milli- fire needle group show cents lower spasticity patients, improve limb spasticity, the efficacy of nerve function and activities of daily living is better than electric acupuncture group.ConclusionMilli-fire needle treatment of stroke spastic paralysis, efficacy in clinical spasticity index, degree of disability, neurological function and activities of daily living and so are better than electric acupuncture, fire show cents for the improvement of patients with spastic paralysis stroke spasticity, nerve function, quality of life, have a good effect, worthy of further promoting the use of. |
