According to the principle of random 32 SPF only six to eight weeks of female Wistar rats were divided into normal group, model group and western medicine, Chinese traditional medicine group the 4 groups, each group of 8, respectively.2.The building choose secondary immune method.3. Model group, western medicine, Chinese medicine group were higher than in normal group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);Western medicine, Chinese medicine group were lower than that of model group, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05), western medicine group is lower than the traditional Chinese medicine group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conelusionsl.Wistar rats by secondary immune method successfully established EAE model;EAE rats general condition is poor, weight loss, obviously damaged nervous system symptoms.2. EAE rats incubation period is short, fast peak after clinical symptoms, inflammatory cells infiltration, demyelinating central nervous system changes, brain tissue increased inflammatory cytokines IL-33,4 toll-like receptors expression.3.
