| ObjectiveTo expore the effect of YanShi "Jiang Zhi Fang" on the secondary prevention of coronary heart disease with dyslipidemia. At the same time to explore its pathogenesis,in order to provide evidence-based basis and new ideas for the modern reaearch of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods60 patients of in the hospital and in the clinic of coronary heart disease with dyslipidemia from Guangdong Hospital of TCM met the inclusion criteria from September 2014 to December 2014. According to the completely randomized principle,60 patients were divided into two groups,30 patients in each group. One group is YanShi "Jiang Zhi Fang" (the treatment group), and the other is "lipidemia Kang" (the control group). Both groups were treated with the secondary prevention of heart disease, such as B receptorblockers, antiplatelet aggregation and ACEI/ARB, etc. The treatment group was treated with YanShi "Jiang Zhi Fang"daily, taking one month, The control group was treated with "lipidemia Kang"2 times a day,2 slices every time, taking one month.Blood lipids and the symptoms were recorded and analysed.The adverse reactions were recorded during the period of the medicine.ResultsThe YanShi "Jiang Zhi Fang" after the treatment has obviously effect on total cholesterol (TC), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and apolipoproteinB(ApoB)(P<0.05),on the other hand, glycerin triglyceride(TG), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and apolipoprotein Al(ApoAl) has no obviously effect(F>0.05). The lipid-lowering efficiency reached 80%, markedly effective in 20 cases, effective in 4 cases, ineffective in 6 cases and in improving symptoms, such as headache, angina, lots of phlegm,markedly effective in 12 cases, effective in 14 cases, ineffective in 4 cases, the efficiency reached 87%.The "lipidemia Kang" after the treatment has obviously effect on total cholesterol(TC), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and apolipoproteinB(ApoB) (P<0.05), on the other hand, glycerin triglyceride(TG), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and apolipoprotein Al(ApoAl) has no obviously effect(P>0.05). The lipid-lowering efficiency reached 83%, markedly effective in 14 cases, effective in 11 cases, ineffective in 5 cases and in improving symptoms, such as headache, angina, lots of phlegm, markedly effective in 2 cases, effective in 8 cases, ineffective in 20 cases,the efficiency reached 33%.The lipid curative effect had no significant difference (P> 0.05), It showed that two groups are the same. Two groups of TCM symptoms curative effect is different(P<0.05). It showed that the treatment group is better than the control group.ConelusionThe YanShi "Jiang Zhi Fang" had a signifiant efficacy in treating coronary heart disease with dyslipidemia, such as in improving TCM symptoms and in lowering blood lipid. |
