Objective:Spleen-invigorating and digestion-promoting prescription was used to treat diabetic gastroparesis (DGP) patients with weak stomach in this research, by observing relevant indicators such as gastric emptying rate, clinical symptom points, blood glucose, and gastrointestinal hormones, it can be concluded that Spleen-invigorating and digestion-promoting prescription has a better performance in the treatment of the DGP patients with weak stomach, this provides an objective basis for the diagnosis and treatment of diabetic gastroparesis patients with weak stomach. Methods:Divided 60 diabetic gastroparesis patients into the treatment group and the control group, each group has 30 patients. Both groups were given hypoglycemic therapy, the treatment group received Spleen-invigorating and digestion-promoting prescription; the control group taking Mosapride; both groups were treated for 4 weeks in a row. Observe the change of gastric emptying rate, clinical symptom points, gastrointestinal hormones, blood glucose, and adverse reactions before and after treatment. Establish a database to record the data, use SPSS 19.0 statistical software for data analysis.Results:1. Before the treatment, compare the indicators such as fasting blood glucose level, 2-hour postprandial blood glucose level, clinical symptom points, gastric emptying rate, Vasoactive intestinal peptide, Substance P, of the two groups (P>0.05), the difference was not statistically significant.2. After the treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%, while the control group was 63.33%, the effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group(P<0.05).3.After the treatment, total points of clinical symptoms of the two groups were lower than the data before the treatment, when compared with the total points of clinical symptoms before the treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After the treatment, the difference of the total points of clinical symptoms between the two groups was statistically sgnificant (P<0.05).4.After the treatment, gastric emptying rate of the two groups were both higher than the data before the treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).While compared gastric emptying rate of the two groups after the treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5. After the treatment, compare with the data before the treatment, the differences of Vasoactive intestinal peptide and Substance P was statistically significant (P<0.05). The difference was statistically significant when it comes to the comparison of Vasoactive intestinal peptide and Substance P between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).6. After the treatment, the difference of fasting glucose level and the 2-hour postprandial blood glucose level of the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05) compared with the data before. The difference of fasting glucose level and the 2-hour postprandial blood glucose level was statistically significant between the two groups after treatment (P<0.05).7.The incidence of adverse reactions of the treatment group was 3.33%; while the control group was 10.00%; The difference was statistically significant between the two groups after treatment (P<0.05).Conclusion:Spleen-invigorating and digestion-promoting prescription can obviously improve the clinical symptoms, adjust the levels of the vasoactive intestinal peptide and the P substance of DGP patients, promoting gastric emptying, for these with weak stomach, there were no significant adverse drug reactions, so it can be used in clinical application.
