Clinical Observation Fuan Decoction Treatment Of Abdominal Pain In Children Deficiency Type

ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine "Fuan decoction" treatment of abdominal pain in children deficiency type.MethodsAccording to gender and age, randomly selected 60 cases of children with abdominal pain Deficiency accord, divided into two groups. Treatment groups: 30 cases, Fuan decoction; control group of 30 patients, symptomatic treatment; conduct observational studies.Treatment for 7 days, followed up for half of year were observed.ResultsTreatment group of 8 cases were markedly effective, effective in 2 cases, ineffective in 3 patients, 17 cases cured, total effective rate was 90.00%, and the control group in 6 cases were markedly effective, effective 9 cases, 7 cases, 8 cases cured, total effective rate was 76.67%; the two groups were compared, with significant difference(P <0.05). Abdominal pain medication before and after the interval, duration of abdominal pain, the onset of pain, improvement of clinical symptoms and signs were observed recurrence after half of year follow-up, and whether the change in size of lymph nodes abdominal ultrasound aspects.The treatment group were superior to the control group.ConclusionThe efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine "Fuan decoction" treatment deficiency type abdominal pain in children is significant, providing a new way to experience deficiency type abdominal pain, worthy of clinical application and promotion.
