| In the family health care environment,the wearable ECG monitoring equipment is easy to wearing on the user,and does not affect user’s normal life,it also can do continuously monitoring of the user’s heart for a long time.It brings many advantages to effectively provide important basis of ECG signals in the danger time of the user’s disease for the medical staff to make rapidly and accurately diagnosis of heart disease.Based on the immovability of the traditional ECG acquisition device and the allergenic of the traditional sticky electrode,in the application of wearable computing method I proposed the scheme of making a wearable ECG acquisition and analysis system. By further studying the the electrode’s properties of the wearable ECG acquisition device,such as electrodes’ materialã€the electrodes’ placementã€ECG data’s transmission and storage methods〠the comfort of the wear clothing, I put forward the design scheme of wearable ECG acquisition,and solved the reliability problem of the quality of the waveform got by the wearable acquisitionã€the handleability of the data processing and the comfort problem of the wearable acquisition,and made analysisã€processing and evaluation for the ECG signal.First I had done a lot of contrast experiment of the ECG waveform between different kind of electrodes,especially contraposed the traditional Ag Cl electrode,verified the effectiveness of the fabric electrode.In order to improve the quality of the signals got by the wearable ECG acquisition, I made improvements for the fabric ECG electrodes,based on the study of the Signal amplification principle,I designed and made the interposer fabric electrodes, fully mixed the signal’s amplification and fabric electrodes’ conductivity. Experiments proved that interposer fabric electrodes can obviously improve the acquisition quality. I especially verified the usability of the wearable ECG acquisition device on the wave form.In order to filter the noise in ECG signal,through the further study of ECG waveform filter and waveform analysis method,I explored the causes of the ECG signal noise,and compared the different denoising methods,and completed the contrast experiments.I proposed the architecture for ECG signal quality evaluation,used the R wave and QRS wave detectingã€R waves’ advance rateã€Lorenz scatter diagram drawing and QS interphase waveform classification as evaluation indexes,introduced the method of ECG waveform channel at the same time,as a common evaluation method of the wearable ECG acquisition device for ECG signal quality. Experiments show that wearable ECG acquisition device which using interposer fabric electrode has good comfort,and the quality of the signal waveform achieve the quality of traditional electrode collection.To develop in the direction of wearable ECG signal acquisition methods,aims to push ECG diagnosis to the people, especially to the elderly, and the analysis and diagnosis of the ECG after the acquisition is an important part of the application,also is the bottleneck of other personal ECG check. So the ECG analysis system based on computer aided with the combination of doctor diagnosis may be the opportunity for this study’s development to the application area. |
