Objective:The purpose is to discuss the impacts of the two kinds of blood purification mode HFHD and OL-HDF on the IL-1β,hs-CRP, PCT, Ca, P, and Fetuin-A lever in the uremia patients, so as to explore and seek the correlation between them. Methods:According to the different blood purification modes, the MHD patients were randomly divided into 30 cases HFHD in group A,30 cases OL-HDF in group B, 16 cases healthy controls in group C, measured the value of serum IL-1β、hs-CRP、 PCT、Ca、P、Fetuin-A in group A, B before dialysis and after six months of dialysis, measured the fasting value of serum IL-1β、hs-CRP、PCT、Ca、P、Fetuin-A in group C.Results:Compared with that of group C (P<0.05), the serum indicators IL-1β、 hs-CRP、PCT、P in group A and B are significantly increased before dialysis, Ca、 Fetuin-A indicator is significantly reduced to compared with that of group C (P< 0.05). After six months of treatment, the serum indicators IL-1β、hs-CRP、P in group A and B are significantly reduced, the reduction in group B is higher than group A (P<0.05),the serum indicator Fetuin-A in A,B group is significantly increased, the ascending range in group B is higher than group A (P<0.05).The relationship between serum Fetuin-A and IL-1β、hs-CRP、P、Ca×P is negative. Conclusions:MHD patients exist the microinflammatory state, so the Fetuin-A is lower than those in normal people. This research shows that the negative relationship between Fetuin-A and IL-1β、hs-CRP、P、Ca×P. Through the long-term OL-HDF treatment (Treatment is more than 6 months), the effect of improving the micro inflammation and increasing the high calcium inhibiting factor Fetuin-A in the MHD patients is better than HFHD.
