Select the appropriate implant for patients is very important, otherwise very likely to cause surgical failure. Allogeneic bone plate fracture fixation with absorbable material, to a certain extent, these problems can be overcome, therefore, to carry out research aspects of allogeneic bone plates have clinical significance and value.This article combined with bone plate and absorbable material in the treatment of femoral fractures. On the application, reverse engineering, tomography technology were used to simulate surgical procedures to establish absorbale screws and titanium screws plate fracture fixation models.Calculated by the finite element method, comparative analysis of two models of the femur and the plate of the stress and strain distribution,the results show that both models have not too much difference,providing some basis for vitro tests. On the basis of the finite element using sheep femur made three models,they are absorbale screw fixation group, absorbale screw tie with line that can be absorbed,titanium screw tie with line that can be absorbed.On universal mechanical testing machine, respectively, three groups of models applied axial compression, three-point bending of coronal plane and sagittal plane. The results showed that tied with absorbale screws can withstand greater loads than absorbale screws that can meet the mechanical needs of the animal experiments, providing basis for allogeneic bone plate with absorbable screws,scientific applications. |
