Small Doses Of All Trans Retinoic Acid And Aresenic Trioxide With Soft Erythromycin Therapy Incipient Acute Early Young Granulocyte Leukemia Recent Curative Effect Observation

ObjectionTo assess the remission rat and security of two administration methods of arsenic trioxidein(AS2O3) combination with all-trans retinoic acid(ATRA) and daunorubicin in the treatment of Acute Promyelocytic Leukemia. Method45 newly diagnosed Acute Promyelocytic Leukemia patients were divided into the treatment grounp(21)and the control group(24). The treatment group were treated with oral retinoic acid[ 25 mg /(m2.d) in three divided doses] for less than 50 days, which combined with 0.1%arsenic trioxide 10 ml in 500 ml 5% glucose solution given intravenously for 3 to 4 hours perday for 28 days. during the therapeutic period daunorubicin 40mg-60mg/d was intravenous injected continuously for 3 days,when the white blood cell counts were greater than or equal to 4×109/L. The control group was tooke the same therapeutic scheme as those in the study group only when the white blood cell counts was more than 10×109/L that daunorubicin 40mg-60mg/d was intravenous infused.The curative effect of the two groups were compared,,alterations of vital signs and injured conditions were carefully monitored, The variation of blood cell counts and coagulation parameters were compared between the two groups. The adverse effects and lethal complications were compared too. Result:.The CR rate and early mortality rate were not different between the two groups.The average time from the initiation of treatment to complete remission(CR) was significantly different.The blood-routine changes and the peak value of leukocyte and peak value time were significantly different between the two groups, The main adverse effect lethal complications differer sharply too. ConclusionThe treatemt group can obtain high CR rate while with less side effect,but need further Clinical observation and following up.
