The Duzhenggan Jiegu Recipe Decoction Taken Orally On Rabbits Fracture Process The Effect Of BMP-7 And Smad1 / 5m RNA Expression In Healing

Objective: the study by using the Duzhenggan Jiegu recipe Decoction taken orally on rabbit fracture healing process of intervention model, using molecular biology techniques research of Tujia medicine the Duzhenggan Jiegu recipe Decoction taken orally on bone fracture healing in the different stages of the whole process to influence the effect of fracture healing, observation of BMP-7 and its signal transduction protein Smad1 / 5 m RNA in rabbit fracture healing of the different expression of each period, only to Duzhenggan Jiegu recipe Decoction taken orally to promote healing effect and explore the mechanism of fracture, which lays a theoretical foundation for the development of minority pharmaceutical preparations and the expansion of its clinical application.Methods: the establishment of 30 rabbits radius fracture model, randomly divided into Jiegu recipe experimental group(experimental group) and model group(control group), 15 rats in each group, were given Jiegu recipe Decoction and physiological saline by gavage 1 times / day, two groups of animal wounded limbs with small splint fixation. After modeling the respectively 3W, 6W, 10 W group were randomly selected 5 DR after X-ray bone tissue specimens were sacrificed animal, the content of BMP-7, Smad1 / 5 m RNA by real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR method for detection of bone tissue in rabbits. All of the data were analyzed with SPSS17.0 medical statistics, mean±standard deviation( x ±s), use two sample mean comparison of t test.Results: DR radiography results: 3W, 6W, 10 W in experimental group callus formation quality, speed, shadow density were higher than those in the control group,the scores of the experimental group was significantly better than the healing of fractures in control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);Real time fluorescent quantitative PCR detection results: the experimental group rabbits at each time point of bone tissue specimens in the expression of BMP-7, Smad1 / 5m RNA was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statisticallysignificant(P < 0.05), and the expression of several indexes showed 6W > 3W > 10 W trend.Conclusion: Tujia minority medicine the Duzhenggan Jiegu recipe Decoction taken orally treatment bone fractures, simple test cost, definite curative effect, can accelerate the speed of callus formation, improve the density and quality of bone callus lengthening, and increase BMP-7, Smad1 / 5 m RNA in fracture healing at all stages of the expression, regulation of BMP-7 and Smad1, 5 signal transduction pathway, in order to promote the healing of fractures, shorten the healing time of fracture.
