Object In this paper, a review of the past decade related liver metastases of colorectal cancer reported in the literature, summarized the latest progress in the treatment of liver metastases of colorectal cancer, in order to understand colorectal cancer and liver surgery, in order to guide the surgical treatment of colorectal cancer.Methods In colorectal cancer, liver metastases, liver resection as key words in China How Net, Wanfang database and Pubmed database in English, find literature from 2005 to 2015 nearly 10 years about the treatment of liver metastases of colorectal cancer;Find bengbu Medical University Library of Colorectal & Anal surgery, abdominal surgery, hepatobiliary surgery and other related books, summarize recent advances in surgical liver metastases of colorectal cancer.Result In the case of colorectal cancer primary tumor and liver metastases can achieve radical resection, surgery is the primary treatment; according to the preoperative,postoperative patients with specific conditions, combined with neoadjuvant chemotherapy, radiofrequency ablation, portal vein thrombosis and other non-surgical treatment can significantly improve the resection rate, so that patients significantly benefit.Conclusion Of colorectal cancer primary tumor and metastatic liver cancer treatment with surgery as primary treatment, supplemented with neoadjuvant chemotherapy, radio and other non-surgical treatment, can significantly improve the prognosis of patients and improve survival.
