| Objective:In recent years, the incidence of prostate cancer in China is higher and higher, because of insidious onset, and the early symptoms are not obvious, quite a part in the treatment of prostate cancer patients with metastasis has occurred is, even the whole body of multiple sites of metastasis. To understand the different parts of prostate cancer metastatic lesions affect blood PSA, and the relationship between the Gleason score, age and parts of the transfer, this paper mainly discusses the relationship between the different parts of the prostate cancer metastasis and tumor differentiation degree (Gleason score) and serum prostate specific antigen (PSA) level and age.Materials and Methods:A retrospective analysis the medical records ( clinical, imaging and pathological data, some patients immunohistochemical data) of 139 cases of prostate cancer patients in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University during 2012 January to 2014 October. All objects serum PSA were measured before the prostate biopsy or surgical operation Prostate specimens underwent routine pathological examination, and pathological grade of tumor tissue.Some specimens were measured with immunohistochemistry to help diagnosis. According to the clinical compre-hensive diagnosis results, combined with the TNM staging system, the T4 or M1 of the Pca patients were divided into simple bone metastasis,Outside the bone metastasis group, without the occurrence of clinical metastasis in patients belong to nonmetastasis group.Comparing the age, Gleason score and serum PSA level between the 3 groups of patients. Statistical analysis was performed on the data obtained, A P-value of less than 0.05 was considered significant for the differences.Results:139 patients were age between 50 to 91 years old, the average age ofwas71.4±8.2;75patients without clinical metastasis,64 paitients were diagnosed with clinical metastasis, including 49 cases of simple bone metastasis and 15 cases of bone metastasis. In this study, The risk of bone metastases occur is the highest in the pelvis, followed by the spinal, limb bone metastasis is at least. Compared with non metastasis group, serum PSA level was significantly elevated in simple bone metastasis and Outside the bone metastasis group; and the metastasis of patients with more higher Gleason score and tumor malignant degree than non metastasis. According to the clinical condition of patients with prostate cancer metastasis will be stratified, blood PSA and Gleason score was statistically significant between the 3 groups (P<0.05); There was no significant difference in age(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.The different parts of the prostate cancer metastasis is related to tumor differentiation degree (Gleason score) and serum prostate specific antigen (PSA) level,but not age.2.The occurrence of prostate cancer metastasis may be present in in bone outside the organ,examinatio attention should be paid to bone outside of the organs before diagnosis or system treatment.3.Continue to classification of Gleason scoring may have an important clinical significanc. |
