Clinical Study About The Efficacy Of Added Herb Xiaoyaosan Harmony Stomach Decoction To Functional Dyspepsia(Hyperactive Liver-qi Attacking The Stomach)

Objective: Through the clinical research to intervene in the management of functional dyspepsia(Hyperactive liver-qi attacking the stomach), investigated the added herb xiaoyaosan harmony stomach decoction clinical efficiency and safe level for functional dyspepsia(Hyperactive liver-qi attacking the stomach),reducing the patient suffering,increasing the patient live quality as well as minimizing the medical fee, avoiding the waste of medical resource, to check the treatment function of TCM treatment according to syndrome differentiation for functional dyspepsia.Methods: The thesis applied open laboratory research way, elected the postprandial distress syndrome patients who were diagnosed into hyperactive liver-qi attacking the stomach according to TCM and functional dyspepsia according to west medicine. These patients elected 80 cases according to election standard, randomly divided 40 cases into treatment group and 40 cases into contrast group. Treatment group took added herb xiaoyaohesan harmony stomach decoction(chaochaihu 10 g,Hangshao 15 g,danggui15g,fuling30 g,chaobaizhu15g,chaozhiqiao15 g,fenge30g,chaohuangqin15 g,Haipiaoxiao15g,zhebeimu15 g,beiji10g,gancao5 g.All came from yunnan province TCM hospital herb granule packaging), one herb, three times a day;the contrast group took Mosapride Citrate Dispersible--Tablets-merchant name xinluona, three times a day, taking 1 pill once. The two group all took 10days( treatment process and end acted as a media) as a treatment period. Through 10 days treatment, observed and recorded respectively :â‘  the two group treatment indirection before and after treatment. â‘¡ treatment group safe standard before and after treatment.Results: This thesis designed 80 interviews, actually the cases were 82 cases, among treatment group included 41 cases contrast group 41 cases. Finally set off 1 cases who did not finish the treatment. Through the checking took off 1 case who did not subject the treatment schedule( graph 1). The treatment group efficiency percentage was 97.5%, the comparison with contrast group 77.5% had notable meanings( p<0.05);two groups RBT urine and bowel, hepatic renal function as well as ECG had no abnormal changes during the treatment observation.Conclusion: Added herb xiaoyaosan harmony stomach decoction may have defined treatment efficiency in ameliorating the functional dyspepsia(Hyperactive liver-qi attacking the stomach). Finding no marked side effect, may act as the treatment method and consultant in treating functional dyspepsia.
