Objective:Compare perioperative use of fast-track surgery treatments and traditional treatments superiority for the treatment of colorectal cancer patients.Methods:53 cases of colorectal cancer patients in our hospital from April 2013 to November 2014, 25 colon cancers patients who underwent traditional perioperative management were randomly selected as the control group, another 28 colon cancer patients who underwent FTS were selected as the experimental group. The first bowel movement were compared, hospital charges, postoperative hospital stay and discharge patients the incidence of complications, the levels of CRP,IL-6,SAA,WBC were measured on the operation day,the1 st and the 5th day after surgery. Results: 28 in the experimental group,5 cases had late clinical stage via operative exploration, 5 cases are excluded,25 in the control group,3cases had late clinical stage via operative exploration,3 cases are excluded,In the experimental group, the average time of the first passage of flatus is(62.3±20.8)h,the average time of the first passage of stool is(72.2±34.3)h,the length of postoperative stay is(11.2±2.6)d,hospitalization expenses is(2.64±0.46)million yuan,in the control group, the average time of the first passage of flatus is(85.6±26.3)h,the average time of the first passage of stool is(115.7±30.8)h,the length of postoperative stay is(14.3±3.3)d,hospitalization expenses is(3.71±0.68)million yuan.the experimental group is superior to the control group, the comparison of the two groups has significant statistical difference. On the operation day, the levels of CRP,IL-6,SAA,WBC of the experimental group were(2.35±2.03)mg/L,(3.8±1.0)pg/ml,(3.51±2.13)mg/L,(6.51±1.22)×109/L,the levels of the control group were(2.32±0.98)mg/L,(4.1±1.3)pg/ml,(3.49±2.37)mg/L,(6.30±1.67)×109/L,there was not significant statistical difference between two groups(P>0.05).On the 1st day after surgery, the levels of CRP,IL-6,SAA,WBC of the experimental group were(42.81±7.41)mg/L,(130.0±7.6)pg/ml,(134.07±16.90)mg/L,(13.01±1.42)×109/L,the levels of the control group were(79.30±13.97)mg/L,(154.2±14.2)pg/ml,(182.49±41.09)mg/L,(14.68±1.55)×109/L,on the 5th day after surgery, the levels of CRP,IL-6,SAA,WBC of the experimental group were(18.16±8.66)mg/L,(11.5±3.4)pg/ml,(30.55±7.34)mg/L,(9.18±1.10)×109/L,the levels of the control group were(40.65±14.47)mg/L,(21.4±4.8)pg/ml,(58.52±11.49)mg/L,(10.05±1.25)×109/L,CRP,IL-6,SAA,WBC of the experimental group were lower than the control group on the 1st and 5th day after the operation, and there was statistical difference between two groups(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications of the experimental group is 13% while the control group is 31.8%,have no statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion: The fast-track surgery in colorectal cancer surgical treatment can reduce the stress response, accelerate postoperative recovery, short the length of the postoperative stay and hospitalization expenses significantly, not increase the postoperative complications,The fast-track surgery is safe and effective.
