| ObjectiveThis study was aimed to probe into the diagnose and treatment of patients who have normal menstruation menarche,at the same time,with genital tract dysplasia.We raise the new name of female genital tract congenital incomplete obstruction,hope to provide a new insight into female genital tract dysplasia,make the patients get timely and correct treatment.MethodsWe collected about 90 hospitalized cases of female genital tract congenital incomplete obstruction in our hospital from May 1994 to December 2014,and retrospective analysis all of the cases.The patients,who fit the standard of female genital tract congenital incomplete obstruction, both have regular menstrual cycles,normal menstrual capacity or abnormal menstruation,be associated with genital tract incomplete obstruction. We categorize diseases by clinical characteristics,auxiliary examinations and conditions observed in operations. Results1.Raise the new name of female genital tract congenital incomplete obstruction.2.According to the obstructive position, cases of the female genital tract congenital incomplete obstruction were divided into four groups : pudendum incomplete obstruction,vagina incomplete obstruction,cervix uterus incomplete obstruction and uterus incomplete obstruction.3.The patients of female pseudohemaphroditism are the largest part of the cases,and the iatrogenic patients have the largest number.4.The misdiagnosis rate of uterus duplex concomitant one side atresia of cervix is high. Accurate diagnosis direct correctly treatment is favour of the outcome of the patients. ConclusionClinical manifestation of congenital female genital tract anomalies are diverse,but they also have a lot in common,and are easy to misdiagnose.we offer new perspective of female genital tract congenital incomplete obstruction, investigate the classification and diagnosis,aimed to provide new approach to the treatment and diagnose of illnesses like these.Before making a treatment,comprehensive analysis of clinical symptoms,and combined with laboratory examination to make a accurate diagnosis and a most appropriate treatment is very important. |
