Objective To observe and evaluate ping le bonesetting wash Fang Xun 1 wash outside to promote children’s Gartland type Ⅲ humerus condyle fracture the efficacy and safety of elbow joint function after surgery for early rehabilitation, in order to further research and clinical application to provide reliable basis.Methods From luoyang bonesetting hospital Gartland type Ⅲ humerus condyle fracture in children with open reduction and internal fixation of postoperative choice conforms to the standard of 60 cases, 24 cases of 36 cases of men, women, age range selection in 6 to 12 years old, average 8.25 years. Using SPSS software to the sample of 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each group, the serial number into opaque envelope sealed and order on the basis of patients admitted to hospital opened the envelope and assigned into the group.Treatment group USES the foundation after surgery and postoperative functional exercise guidance, and to develop lateral elbow with flat le bonesetting outside wash1 local fumigation, the control group only using the same basic treatment and postoperative to guide function exercise. To the degree of pain(VAS score), elbow of motion(ROM) and elbow function score(HSS) as observation indexes, two groups of children in postoperative 3 weeks, 5 weeks after operation, postoperative corresponding data measured at 7 weeks, finally, the two groups of the degree of recovery of elbow function were compared. All data are chosen SPSSl8.0 statistical software for all conform to the test solution, good compliance and test cases did not receive other treatment during the period of efficacy of statistical analysis,comparative analysis of the differences between the two groups.Results1. General data by statistical analysis of two groups of children had no statistical significance(p > 0.05), and prove that comparable; 2. Comparison between the two way, the treatment group and control group two groups of children at 3 weeks after surgery of VAS score, ROM and modified HSS score after statistics analysis and comparison were no statistical significance(p > 0.05), and 5 weeks after surgery, 7weeks when two groups of curative effect observation index to compare had statistical significance(p < 0.05), and the treatment group was better than control group; 3. Within two way, groups of children in 3 weeks, 5 weeks, 7 weeks after VAS score, ROM and modified HSS score after statistics analysis and comparison were statistically significant(p < 0.05), and improve the magnitude of the treatment group was obviously better than the control group; 4. The treatment group found no obvious adverse reaction caused by traditional Chinese medicine for external use only.Conclusion1. The treatment group of children in pain to improve the level of the postoperative rehabilitation exercise, the increase of the situation, the elbow joint function rehabilitation to restore elbow mobility were better than that in control group; 2.With flat le bonesetting wash outside party to elbow fumigation treatment,postoperative 1 can effectively promote the children Gartland type Ⅲ humerus condyle fracture early postoperative function recovery of elbow joint.
