Yishen Huoxue Jiedu Decoction In Intervening Atherosclerosis Experiment And Clinical Study

Objective:Pathological changes in the treatment of atherosclerosis rat model checking has been established before and after the treatment, the pathological changes of atherosclerosis rats serum TG, TC, LDL-C, HDL-C, MMP-2, TIMP-2 and blood, to elucidate the mechanism of its anti atherosclerosis intervention. Changes of Yishen Huoxue Decoction on atherosclerosis in patients with serum TG, TC, LDL-C, HDL-C, MMP-9, TIMP-1 were observed by means of observation, to explore the related mechanism of anti atherosclerosis.Method:On the basis of atherosclerosis the case inclusion criteria, 60 patients, were randomly divided into control group(n = 30 patients) and study group(n = 30 patients), the control group was given atorvastatin calcium, study group on the basis of the control group with Yishen Huoxue Jiedu Decoction, the influence of MMP-9, TIMP-1, serum TG, TC, LDL-C, HDL-C levels after 12 weeks;Application of high fat diet combined with Vitamin D3 atherosclerotic rat models, and the model group were fed with normal saline, TCM group was fed with Yishen Huoxue Jiedu Decoction, western medicine group were administrated with atorvastatin, combine traditional Chinese and Western medicine group were administrated with atorvastatin and Yishen Huoxue Jiedu Decoction in the drug intervention in rat MMP-2, TIMP-2 and aortic pathological changes after 12 weeks.Result:Results of clinical studiesTG, TC, LDL-C, HDL-C, MMP-9 levels were decreased in the two groups after treatment, TIMP-1 increased significantly. Compared between the two groups after treatment, study group TG, TC, LDL-C, HDL-C, MMP-9 levels decreased, TIMP-1 increased, with statistical difference(P < 0.01 or P < 0.05). experimental results①the pathological results showed, the blank group without obvious pathology change, intima in model group was significantly elevated, wall thickening, endothelial cells have a large number of foam cell formation and lipid deposition. The inflammatory cell infiltration and hyperplasia of smooth muscle cells. Traditional Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group of visible part of tissue repair, repair of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine group is better;② Compared with the blank group, the model group rats TG, TC, LDL-C, MMP-2 levels significantly increased TIMP-2, HDL-C decreased significantly(P < 0.01); compared with the model group, Chinese medicine group, western medicine group and integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine group, TG, TC, LDL-C, MMP-2 levels significantly decreased, TIMP-2, HDL-C was significantly increased(P < 0.01 or P < 0.05); traditional Chinese medicine group, group of three groups after treatment compared with the western medicine group and Western medicine combined with traditional Chinese and Western medicine group, TG, TC, LDL-C, MMP-2 levels decreased significantly, TIMP-2 increased significantly, there were significant differences(P < 0.05)。Conclusion : Yishen Huoxue Decoction improve atherosclerosis possible echanismfor regulating lipid, anti-inflammatory, stable plaque.
