Needle Guan Yuan Wen And ST 36 Hole’s Affection Observation On Red Cell Immune Function Of Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type Of Stroke Patients

Objective:Applying the therapy of needle wen guan yuan and st 36 holes on 20 Qi deficiency and blood stasis type of stroke patients for 1 week, 2 weeks and 3 weeks respectively to observe the variation of their red blood cell C3 b receptor garland rate,red blood cell immune complex garland rate, and to get to know the recovery effect of the defective degree of clinical neural function.Method : 40 cases of qi deficiency and blood stasis type of stroke patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each 20 cases.Treatment group are treated with warm needle guan yuan, st 36 hole and drug treatment. Control group are treated with pure drug therapy. The same group and the control group are on the basis of drug treatment. All patients’ defective degree scores of clinical neural function are assessed before or after 1 week’s, 2 weeks’, or 3 weeks’ treatment and the patients are taken fasting venous blood 4 ml each in the morning. Using the yeast rose wreath method to mensurate the red blood cell C3 b receptor garland rate and the rate of erythrocyte immune complex wreath.Result:1.the level differences of red blood cell C3 b receptor garland rate and the rate of erythrocyte immune complex wreath are not statistically significant(p > 0.05),if they are mensurated before the treatment of qi deficiency blood stasis type of stroke patients who are both in the treatment group and control group, but they have clinical comparability.2. In control group, comparing with non- treatment, the red blood cell C3 b receptor garland rate of patients, who use simple basic drug 1 week,is moderately elevated.And the rate of red cell immune complex garland is slightly lower. And the defective degree scores of clinical neural function is lower than before.Compared with 1 week’s treatment, the red blood cell C3 b receptor garland rate of 2weeks’ treatment is moderately elevated, while the red cell immune complex garlandrate is slightly lower and the defective degree scores of clinical neural function is moderately reduced.Compared with 2 weeks’ treatment, the red blood cell C3 b receptor garland rate of 3weeks’ treatment increases invisibly. And the red blood cell immune complex garland rate decreases invisibly, the defective degree scores of clinical nerve function decreases invisibly.3. In treatment group, compared with non-treatment, the red blood cell C3 b receptor rate of stroke patients,who under the treatment of needle wen guan yuan, st 36 hole and basic drug therapy 1 week, increased significantly.And the red blood cell immune complex garland rate significantly reduced, the defective degree scores of clinical neural function significantly reduced.Compared with 1 week’s treatment, the red blood cell C3 b receptor rate of 2 weeks’ treatment significantly increased, but the erythrocyte immune complex garland rate significantly decreased and the defective degree scores of clinical neural function significantly reduced.Compared with 2 weeks’ treatment, the red blood cell C3 b receptor garland rate of 3weeks’ treatment moderately elevated, but the red blood cell immune complex garland rate slightly decreased and the defective degree scores of clinical neural function moderately reduced.4.In the comparison of 1 week’s,2 weeks’ and 3 weeks’ treatment in treatment group and control group respectively, the differences of red blood cell C3 b receptor garland rate and erythrocyte immune complex garland rate and the defective degree scores of clinical nerve function are obvious.(p<0.05).The red blood cell C3 b receptor garland rate of treatment group is higher than that of control group, but the red blood cell immune complex garland rate and the average defective degree scores of clinical neural function are lower than those of control group.5.the rate of red blood cell C3 b receptor wreath, and wreath of red blood cell immune complex rate and defective degree scores of clinical neural function of stroke patients,who are both in treatment group and control group, have significant differences compare to non-treatment before(p < 0.05).Conclusion:1.Wen needle guan yuan, st 36 holes and basic medicines and simple basic medicine in1 week’s and 2 weeks’ treatment can increase the red blood cell C3 b receptor rate of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type of stroke patients and reduce the patients’ erythrocyte immune complex garland rate and defective degree scores of clinical neural function. In 3 weeks’ treatment, the treatment group can improve the red blood cell C3 b receptor rate and erythrocyte immune complex garland rate and defective degree scores of clinical neural function, while the improvement of control group is not that obvious.2. the therapy efficiency of using needle wen guan yuan, st 36 holes and basic drug to improve the garland rate of red blood cell C3 b receptor and to reduce the patients’ erythrocyte immune complex rate and the defective degree scores of clinical neural function is superior to pure basic drugs.
