Abstract:Objective:To Discussion Cystic-glioma magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) enhancement feature correlation with tumor grade and surgical treatment for guidance. Methods:A retrospective analysis of pathologically confirmed 32 cases with cystic-glioma enhanced MRI images were observed enhanced tumor morphology, degree of enhancement, enhanced uniformity, enhanced tumor measuring the maximum thickness and the minimum wall thickness, the ratio of both computing and difference, and tumor grade were compared.Results:1) Enrolled in 32 cases of glioma seven cases showed ring enhancement, seven cases of wall nodular enhancement,16 cases for flower ring enhancement,2 cases no enhancemen,,69.5% of high-grade gliomas was the wreath-like、thick reinforced; 77.8% of low-grade gliomas annular thin wall enhancement, the difference was statistically significant.2) Obviously enhanced with high-grade gliomas, accounting for 86.96%(20/23), moderate or without enhancement low-grade gliomas accounted 88.9% (8/9), the difference was statistically significant; 3) Gliomas of high-grade with heterogeneous enhancement, accounting for 69.5%(16/23), then low-grade gliomas with homogeneous enhancement or no enhancement, accounting for 88.9% (8/9).The difference was statistically significant;4)Low-grade gliomas maximum wall thickness of strengthening (7.79 ± 1.94) mm, maximum thickness of high-grade gliomas (12.84±4.49) mm, there was significant difference between them.5)Low-grade gliomas minimum thickness (2.53±1.95) mm, the minimum thickness of the high-grade gliomas (2.87±0.91) mm, the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion:Gliomas of cystic and its enhanced features presence of MRI were correlated. The maximum thickness of the wall of the larger tumor, tumor location cystic part of the more eccentric presence of, the aneurysm wall morphology due to the rules, the more obvious heterogeneous enhancement, the higher the degree of malignancy; Tumors and tumor generally uniform wall thickness, partially cystic tumor and tumor wall strengthening concentric rings presence of, the lower the degree of enhancement and morphological rules, the lower the degree of malignancy. Preoperative MRI from the tumor wall strengthening characteristics determine the estimated tumor grade, making surgery more in line with individual and minimally invasive treatment.
