| Objective:To explore NRS2002 of postoperative chemotherapy in patients with colorectal cancer screening, enteral nutrition support with nutritional risk patients compliance to chemotherapy and adverse reaction of chemotherapy. Methods:To choose between September 2011 and September 2013 in the second people’s hospital of liaocheng city general surgery by surgery pathology diagnosis of colorectal cancer TNM stageⅡ-Ⅳ期, need adjuvant chemotherapy patients, by NRS2002 nutritional risk screening, Two groups of patient’s age, gender, pathological staging surgery, postoperative pathology, postoperative chemotherapy scheme comparison, no statistical difference. The team give enteral nutrition support treatment during chemotherapy, for 1000-2000 kcal Peptisorb or Nutrison one day, the control of ordinary diet. Each treatment after chemotherapy in patients with nausea, vomiting; Before each chemotherapy for bone marrow inhibition degree; Nutritional risk state change: before and after chemotherapy patients before treatment by NRS2002 have nutritional risk screening, line NRS2002 score again after chemotherapy, the team there are 7 cases nutritional risk, 36 cases with no nutritional risk; Control group 15 cases of nutritional risk, 25 patients had no nutritional risk, after statistics analysis,(P<0.05), Colorectal cancer patients with postoperative chemotherapy for enteral nutrition support treatment, can significantly reduce the side effects of chemotherapy, improve the nutritive condition of the patient, improve patients’ compliance to chemotherapy. Team a total of 2 cases of quit, 8 cases, control group dropped out chemotherapy group and control group patients compared to complete chemotherapy is P=0.032<0.05, significant difference, the team compliance to chemotherapy in patients with significantly higher than the control group. Results:With nutritional risk of colorectal cancer patients with postoperative chemotherapy for enteral nutrition support treatment, can significantly reduce the side effects of chemotherapy, improve patients’ compliance to chemotherapy, to improve the curative effect. Conclusion:With nutritional risk of colorectal cancer patients with postoperative chemotherapy for enteral nutrition support treatment, can significantly reduce the side effects of chemotherapy, improve patients’ compliance to chemotherapy, to improve the curative effect. |
