| This paper reflects the implementation effect of basic medicine system in the area of Zhejiang Province by using the basic prescription indicators of drugs suitable for different countries proposed by WHO. At the same time we analyse the hospital administration level before and after the implementation of essential drug system by using prescription data of 2009 and 2012 from a certain hospital in Zhejiang Province. Establishing the needed object of data warehouse of hospital prescription. Analysing the prescription from doctors, patients, drugs and time four dimensions on the international basis medicine system. Studying the data of antibiotic by MATLAB and the affinity propagation clustering algorithm to get training set and test set of the representative doctors in the further study of antibiotic prescribing medication. Analysing the physician prescribing behavior and its influencing factors of evaluation index with SAS9.1 by variance analysis and analysis of paired non parametric test. Finally, getting the deeper relationship and verifying the result of the experiments by logistic regression analysis. The general prescription indicators shows no significant difference before and after the implementation of essential drug system and antibacterial drugs. In the specific antibiotic prescriptions, the result shows that different departments, months, types of antibiotics, physician’s age, grade and gender have significant impacts on the data of antibiotic prescriptions. There are significant differences of cephalosporin and penicillin with seasonal changes in this hospital which can be used as evaluation index of the doctor’s prescription. While total antibiotic prescription changes with the seasons and quinolones with seasonal variation can not be used as evaluation index of physicians in the hospital. The methods used in this research can identify the most representative data of physicans’. Then find the influence factors of antibiotic prescribing behavior and the evaluation indexs. The hospital can control the interference on the influencing factors and evaluation index rationally which can regulate doctors’ prescription behavior from a certain extent. |
