| Objective:Study of patients with cirrhosis indocyanine green clearance test and the relationship between MELD score. In the ICG clearance, clearance rate (K) and liver within 15 minutes retention rate (R15) is a sensitive index to evaluate liverfunction, Model for end-stage liver disease (MELD) score is one of the effective methods to evaluate patients waiting for liver transplantation mortality,it has been widely used in clinical.Through the retrospective analysis to study the patients with cirrhosis of ICG clearance test(K value and R15),MELD score and the relationship between the Child-Pugh score and clinical significance.Method:Retrospective analysis of 2012 June to 2013 June a total of 78 patients were diagnosed as cirrhosis patients in our department, According to Child-Pugh classification into A,B,C three groups, In the ICG test,K value and R15 value is determined by pulse spectrophotometry (DDG-3300K) measured and the MELD score was calculated according to MELD formula. In A,B,C three groups, each group using two independent samples t test,The Spearman correlation was used between ICG clearance test and MELD score. Results:In the A,B,C three group,K,R15 and MELD scores in each group after ttest was statistically significant differences.K values in the group A maximum of 0.15±0.06,Group C,the minimum of 0.07±0.04. R15 in the group C maximum of 38.1±15.6,and inGroup C, the minimum ofl2.5±10.2. MELD score in group C, the largest is 12.5±5.6, the smallest in the group A, was 3.9 ± 3.7. Between groups using two-sample t test, In comparison with group A, group B, group C three group, K value, R15, MELD score of each group were statistically significant (P<0.05). ICG clearance test (K value and R15) and MELD score has a significant correlation through linear correlation analysis, There was a negative correlation between the K value and the MELD score (r=-0.443,P <0.01), While, a positive correlation between R15 and MELD score (r= 0.478, P <0.01),then,The K value was negative correlation with and between (r=-0.666, P< 0.01). Between K value, R15, MELD score and Child-Pugh score after the linear correlation analysis showed that:there was a significant correlation between the value of K, R15, MELD score and Child-Pugh score, It was negatively correlated with K values(r= Child-Pugh score -0.599, P<0.01), and positively correlated with R15 (r=Child -Pugh score 0.475, P<0.01), and also positively correlated with MELD score (r=Child -Pugh score 0.626, P<0.01).Conclusion:According to Child-Pugh score grouping, ICG clear between test (K value and R15) and MELD scores were significantly correlated, and R15 values may be appropriate in patients with liver function evaluation indicators. |
