Clinical Efficacy Of Treatment Abducens Nerve Palsy Dominated By Deep Puncture Of Jingming

Objective:By comparison with conventional methods of acupuncture observed the subject dominated by deep puncture of point jingming abducens nerve palsy treated by the method of clinical efficacy, in order to provide more effective clinical treatment of abducens nerve palsy treated with acupuncture method.Methods:This issue will be of 60 cases of abducens nerve palsy patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group and the control group,30 cases in each group. Treatment group dominated by deep puncture of jingming of acupuncture therapy, the control group received conventional acupuncture method for treatment.1 time a day and acupuncture on 6 days a week,4 weeks 1 course, after a course of treatment efficacy was observed through improvement of symptoms compared with the control group, the spss 19.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis of the resulting data analysis and processing.Results:After comparing two groups of symptoms after treatment, score of treatment group was significantly lower than the control group the treatment group was significantly better than the control group (p<0.05); total effective rate in the treatment group was 96.7%, total effective rate of the control group was 83.3%; effective rate compared to the differences between the two groups is of significant importance (p<0.05).Conclusions:1.For comparative improvement of clinical symptoms, the treatment group than the control group symptoms improved, for total efficiency comparison, the total efficiency of the treatment group was significantly higher.2.Clinical efficacy with deep stab Jingming main method of treating nerve paralysis abduction superior to conventional acupuncture with acupoints less strong stimulus intensity, quick, effective advantages, this method of treatment can be extended in clinical practice.
