The Acupuncture And Medication Treated The Curative Effect Of Posterior Circulation Ischemia Vertigo (Shenjingbuzu Syndrome)

Objective：To observe the acupuncture combined with Dihuangyinao capsule and Xibiling capsule on the treatment of posterior circulation ischemic vertigo belong to Shenjingbuzu syndrome,seek effective treatment and discuss the possible mechanism.Methods:In this research,80 vertigo patients with PCI and Shenjingbuzu syndrome were randomly divided into two group.One group accepted the treatment of acupuncture and medication,following:Chinese medicine is Dihuangyinao capsule, each capsule is 0.44 g,eating 5 capsule at a time,3 times a day; Acupuncture points include Baihui,Fengchi,Jingjiaji(one of Jing3jiaji,Jing4jiaji, Jing5jiaji, Jing6jiaji go to acupuncture), Shenshu, Zhishi, Xuanzhong, Sanyinjiao; Western medicine is Xibiling capsule, each capsule is 5 mg,eating 1 capsule before going to bed every day.The other accepted Xibiling capsule as control,14days for a course of treatment.The acupuncture and medication group and the contrast are compared in the overall effectiveness and vertigo with signs and symptoms of curative effect and the average blood flow velocity of bilateral vertebral artery and basal artery.Results:1.The overall curative effect comparison.The acupuncture and medication group,fully recover 30,shoe 6 of result,take a favorable turn 3,have 1 more invalid,always efficient 97.5%.The contrast group fully recover 15,shoe 10 of result,take a favorable turn 7,have 8 more invalid,always efficient 80%.The acupuncture and medication group is better than The contrast group,having a significance meaning (p<0.05).2.Vertigo with signs and symptoms of curative effect comparison.The acupuncture and medication group is better than The contrast group,having a very significance meaning (p<0.01).3.Blood flow velocity is compared:In the acupuncture and medication group and the contrast group,the average blood flow velocity of bilateral vertebral artery and basal artery have no significance difference before the treatment(P>0.05),two groups have comparability;Both the acupuncture and medication group and the contrast group,the average blood flow velocity of bilateral vertebral artery and basal artery is a very significance meaning after treatment(p<0.01) than before the treatment;the average blood flow velocity of bilateral vertebral artery and basal artery which is the acupuncture and medication group is a very significance meaning (p<0.01) than the contrast group.Conclusion:The acupuncture combined with eating Dihuangyinao capsule and Xibiling capsule is better than simple eating Xibiling capsule,not only on the overall effectiveness,also in improving clinical signs and symptoms of Posterior circulation ischemic vertigo belong to Shenjingbuzu syndrome and the blood flows dynamics.its effective mechanism may be associated with neuromodulation and ion regulation and the immune regulation and blood components.
