Purpose:This study was to observe the "electric acupuncture meridians facial muscle movement point" in treatment of surrounding facial paralysis recovery of the patient’s clinical curative effect.Method:Around 60 cases of facial paralysis recovery of the patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, Each group of 30 cases,The treatment group treated with electric acupuncture meridians facial muscle movement points method, The control group with traditional routine find cupping treatment;Using the Sunnybrook research (Toronto) facial nerve function scale and curative effect evaluation standard, Improved were observed before and after treatment of facial paralysis, assessment of clinical efficacy.Results:1.At the end of the first and second course of treatment comparing two groups of patients with no significant differences in facial nerve function score (P>0.05);In the third and the fourth significant differences between the two groups after treatment (P<0.05),Facial nerve function score treatment group was obviously higher than that of control group.2.At the end of the first and second course of two groups had no significant differences in curative effect evaluation standard (P>0.05);At the end of the third and fourth course of two groups have significant difference in curative effect evaluation standard (P<0.05),The curative effect of treatment group was obviously higher than that of control group.Conclusion:1."Electric acupuncture meridians to facial muscle movement" In treatment of surrounding facial paralysis recovery in patients with clinical curative effect is distinct, to improve the efficient, with prolonged treatment, efficient increased significantly.2."Electric acupuncture meridians to facial muscle movement" treatment compared with the traditional electric acupuncture therapy has a significant clinical effect.
