| Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy acupuncture plus Yangqiao Vessel of the lower extremity of strephenopodia after apoplexy, provides effective treatment.Methods:This study selected 60 cases of post " apoplexy patients with strephenopodia. According to random number table method is divided into treatment group and control group(30 cases).thirty cases in control group,thirty cases of treatment group 18 cases of male.female 12 cases,average age is56.17± 10.37years old.duration:7.77±2.85 weeks.thirty cases of control group 16 casesof male.female 14 cases,average age is55.50± 10.45years old,duration:8.07±2.46 weeks.The treatment group is treated traditional acupuncture plus Yangqiao Vessel of the lower extremity. The control group with traditional acupuncture method.The two groups were treated one times everyday,six days are one acupuncture.Have a rest one day during courses,and need toally 4 courses. Two groups were observed before and after treatment in patients with strephenopodia,degree of improvement the movement capability of lower limbs and activities of daily life(Barthel Index).Results:The treatment group is treated traditional acupuncture plus Yangqiao Vessel of the lower extremity and the control group with traditional acupuncture method can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of symptom scores, Fugl-Meyer(FMA) score and lower extremity motor function,activities of daily life (Barthel index),Two groups having a significant difference(P<0.05),there was no significant difference(P>0.05)among the FMA,strephenopodia index and activities of daily life (Barthel index) score before the treatment in two groups.There was a significant difference (P<0.05) among the FMA,strephenopodia index and activities of daily life (Barthel index) score after the treatment in two group.Conclusions:To affirm the methods of traditional acupuncture plus Yangqiao Vessel of the lower extremity of strephenopodia after apoplexy, Is better than the control group.Worth clinical promotion. |
