Back Mans Of Shenshu Point Needle Clinical Efficacy Research For The Treatment Of Post-Stroke Depression

Purpose:Watch back awn needle of shenshu point the clinical curative effect of treatment of post-stroke depression and objective evaluation, and for the treatment of post-stroke depression provides an effective and reliable treatment.Methods:According to the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria, be included in the standard of 60 patients with post-stroke depression were randomly divided into two groups, with 30 cases of awn needle acupuncture combined with filiform needle treatment group and 30 cases of simple filiform needle acupuncture control group.All patients were the basis of cerebrovascular disease treatment, and under the guidance of doctors and families with rehabilitation training. On this basis, the treatment group and control group respectively take different treatment measures. Specific measures are as follows:the treatment group and control group acupuncture part hole, operation method, same treatment group added with awn needle acupuncture treatment of shenshu point back. Treatment of acupuncture 1 times a day, every time 30 minutes,6 times a week, continuous treatment of six weeks. Before and after treatment in the two groups were investigated by Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) 24, TCM syndrome scoring criteria to evaluate the depression, with the modified Edinburgh and Scandinavia Stroke Scale (MESSS) to evaluate the degree of nervous function defect. Moreover, the data collected was analyzed by software SPSS 17.0.Results:1.In terms of depressive symptoms improve, two groups of patients after treatment, HAMD scores were obviously improved compared with before treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.01), and the treatment group and control group with significant difference (P<0.05), two groups of treatment all can improve the patient’s depressive symptoms, and the treatment group is better than the control group.2. In the aspect of TCM symptoms improve, score after treatment in both groups were obviously improved compared with before treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.01), and the treatment group and control group with significant difference (P<0.05), two groups of treatment of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) can improve the patient’s symptoms of depression, and the treatment group is better than the control group.3. in the aspect of clinical nerve function defect improved, MESSS score after treatment in both groups were obviously improved compared with before treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P< 0.01), and the treatment group and control group with significant difference (P< 0.05), two groups of treatment all can improve the patient’s nerve function defect degree, and the treatment group is better than the control group.4. In terms of clinical efficacy, two groups of patients after treatment, the treatment group to improve depression degree of the total effective rate was 86.67%, control group total effective rate was 76.67%, two groups of patients with depression and nerve function to improve the overall efficient comparative difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05), indicating the clinical curative effect of the treatment group in the treatment of PSD is better than the control group.Conclusion:1.Back mans of shenshu point injection treatment of post-stroke depression curative effect, can improve the depressive state of patients with post-stroke depression.2.Back mans of shenshu point needle can improve degree of nerve function defect in patients with post-stroke depression.
