| Objective:Observe and compare the on the clinical effects of electro acupuncture combined with ghost point in treating diabetic gastro paresis with simple electro acupuncture for treatment of diabetic gastro paresis, to discuss electro acupuncture combined with ghost point in treating diabetic gastro paresis in the mechanism of action.Methods:In this study,60 patients were came from The outpatient and inpatient of gastroenterology of Mudanjiang Chinese Medicine Hospital from March 2013 to July 2014.60 cases were randomly divided into treatment group 30 cases and control group of 30 cases. One group of electro acupuncture combined with ghost point, another group was given simple electro acupuncture for treatment.Observe patients during treatment the residual barium, the grade and clinical symptom scores of fullness and record the total curative effect of the two groups before and after treatment, and then carries on the statistical analysis, compare the curative effect of treatment group and control group.Result:The two groups after treatment in the quantity of residual barium,the grade and clinical symptom scores of fullness comparison were compared, there were significant differences (P< 0.05); Comparing the total effective rate of treatment group and control group, with X squared test, P< 0.05, with statistical significance.Conclusion:Electro acupuncture combined with ghost point is an active and efficient way of treating diabetic gastro paresis. |
