| Objective:To investigate the programmed freezing and vitrification of two ultra low temperature freezing treatment effect on the follicular activity in order to evaluate the comparison of two freezing methods of freezing effect.Methods:Collection of cases of human ovarian tissue, each clip into the ovarian tissue and size about 2mmX5mmXlmm, were randomly assigned to the control group(group A) fresh, vitrification freezing group(group B),programmed freezing group (group C), analyzing and comparing three groups follicle histological morphology, and the determination of three groups of specimens after ovarian tissue culture in vitrocultrue supernatants of estrogen, assess the follicle activity.Result:Group A normal form follicle ratio(91.9%)is significantly higher than group B(68.8%) and group C(64.8%), the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Group C of follicle and primary follicles the normal form of rate is 86.8%,54.4% respectively, were higher than that of group B were respectively 73.8% and 44.4%, the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05). Three groups of estrogen hormone determination the same period, the result no significant difference(p<0.05).Conclusion:People ovarian cortical tissue using cryogenic biotechnology recovery after freezing and thawing, ovarian tissue is still alive, but the more, the factors which influence the effect of vitrification freezing effect is better than programmed freezing. |
