Objective:Analysis of different methods of endovascular treatments for cavernous sinus region lesions and discusses the most safey and effective individualized treatment plan.Methods:Thirty-two clinical cases of cavernous sinus region lesions were retrospectively analyzed. They were divided into four groups of internal carotid artery cavernous sinus fistula group (CCF25 cases), cavernous sinus dural arteriovenous fistula group (CSDAVF 2cases),internal carotid artery cavernous sinus fistula with cavernous sinus area pseudoaneurysms group (CCF+PSA 3cases), internal carotid artery pseudoaneurysms in cavernous sinus group (PSA 2cases) and treated with detachable balloon, coil,Onyx glue, covered stent. Results:Effects were anslyzed and we found out that in 29 cases the internal carotid were smooth, accounting for 83% of all cases,6 cases closed up their one side of internal carotid artery. Completely embolized in 14 cases, partially embolized in 2 cases with detachable balloons, compare of 7 cases and 2 cases with coils, they have no differences(P>0.05).The symptoms of eyes and intracranial murmur disappeared or decreased. There was no case of death but 1 case recurred during a follow-up of 3months to 3years.Conclusions:Four groups of patients have similar clinical symptoms and signs and imaging examination, so we should be to identify and develop individualized intervention treatment according to different patients...
