| Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of Arnebia oil and Kangfuxinye in the wound healing of perianal abscess. Methods: 60 cases coformed the inclusion criteria to patients with anal fistula were randomly divided into two groups, one including 30 cases treated by arnebia oil as experimental group.the other 30 csase as treated by kangfuxinye as the control group. On the 1,7,14,21 days of postoperation.Recordingthe growth of granulation extent, length and width of wound, the necrotic tissue off time and final healing time respectively, analyzing the clinical efficacy of two groups comprehensively. Results: Two groups of patients in the wound healing time and the total curative effect of no statistical significance(P > 0.05), which means the treatment group and the control group were not comparable. In alleviating pain and promote the granulation of the wound growth, experimental group is better than that of the treatment group, and in the early rehabilitation of new liquid in promoting wound healing tissue loss on corruption effect is remarkable. Conclusion: Clinical observation in the two groups were not found any side effects and adverse reactions,two groups of drug is safe and reliable. Arnebia oil and Kangfuxinye in promoting postoperative wound healing efficacy of anus week abscess,and each has its characteristics, can be according to the specific situation to choose suitable patients in clinical medicine. According to the theory of postoperative wound of staging treatment, it is worth further study the characteristics of combination of two drugs. |
