| Jiangxi is the main producing area of ion-adsorption type rare earths mineral, in order to take full advantage of the mineral resources many enterprises are established, however, rare earth smelting industry belongs to the serious projects for occupational diseases and has many occupational hazards. Due to the limit of production, post technology, policy and staff, most of enterprises form a fixed mode of management and have the low level of mechanization, multiple hand operations and the high labor intensity, because of the heavy occupational-diseaseprevention work the factories must combined the requirements of the occupational disease prevention and their own ability to do a good job of occupational health protection. This article uses the literature material method, questionnaire survey and the butterfly mutation system model to research the occupational health of ionic type rare earth smelting industry in south China, and investigates the environment of rare earth worker group, determines the overall occupational health system of the state, helps enterprises determine the prevention target and control the occupational hazards. Analyze of dissolution unit, precipitation unit, burn unit, and auxiliary units in the process, and use the four main processes as the four elements of the occupational health system, then apply the elementary change butterfly mutation formulas to established occupational health system model and confirm classification coefficient and evaluate the ionic rare earth smelting occupational health classification, the following conclusions:1. The occupational hazards of ion-adsorption rare earth’s smelting and separation including noise, rare-earth dust, coal dust, silica dust, hydrochloric acid, oxalic acid, suffocated kerosene, P507, calcium oxide, ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, high temperature, noise, vibration, ionizing radiation, they can affecting worker’s health and most likely cause occupational disease.2. Occupational disease hazards critical control points including hydrochloric acid, dust, high temperature, and radioactive of waste residues in the dissolution unit, extraction unit and burn unit dust, dust collection in the calcinations workshop and mixed batch of packaging, noise produced by dissolved mineral pressure precipitation, extraction of belt, the negative pressure, high temperature of burning, SO2 of coal burning.3. Inspecting the occupational health data find that workers in the X-ray lung texture enlargement, blood pressure disorders and abnormal ecg examination relate to the test result of occupational-disease-inductive factors such as dust, poison, high temperature. And the probability of high blood pressure and cardiovascular system diseases of the workers who contact high temperature and noise is much higher than other employees.4. Butterfly mutation system model is applied to build the occupational health model of the system stateux Q = +vx +wx +kx, and determine the index system of occupational health system. According to the linear calculation and normalized weighting processing and formula calculate the ionic rare earth smelting occupational health of the state and the value between 0.7 to 0.9, so the ionic type rare earth smelting enterprise occupational health system in south China is in good condition, and effectively control the occupational-disease-inductive factors of each position, and the occupational disease hazard prevention facilities in line meet relevant regulations and requirements.Occupational health system analysis can help enterprise focus on the key corporate governance work, highlight the occupational hazards root-curing measure and fundamentally solve the problem of occupational hazards. |
