From 100 centimeters to irradiated the bare skin of rats’ buttocks singly 12 minutes and 52 seconds with 6Me V high energy β-ray produced by a linear accelerator, the total absorbed dose was 35 Gy, to build animal models of acute Ⅱ°beta ray skin injury wound, divided into 3 groups randomly(blank group, control group and experimental group), 42 in each group. The blank group without any treatment. The control group treated with Biafine immediately, three times a day. The experimental group treated with The Silver Ions Healing Biological Gel Dressing immediately after the radiation, three times a day. To compare different period of the wound change for naked eyes observed. After irradiation 1d, 3d, 5d, 7d, 14 d, 21 d, 35 d, each group to took 6 rats’ skin tissue of the irradiated region, fixed and embedded to make the pathological section. The healing process in experimental and control group was similar to blank group, but the newborn epithelial tissue was relatively flat, the color was closed to normal tissue, and hair growth was better. 2ã€Histological examination: Compared with blank group, the epidermal cells swelling mild and fibrous tissue hyperplasia more quickly, epithelial cell hyperplasia is apparent, and the inflammation was lighter in experimental and control group. 3 〠Immunohistochemical examination: The brown granules expression of integrinβ1 and p63 positive cells could be found in three groups, there are many brown granules located in basal cell layer and around the hair follicles, the experimental group was the strongest. At the same time point, The IOD values of markers integrinβ1 and p63 in another two group has statistical significance for the blank group(One-way ANOVAã€P <0.05), IOD of positive cells was no statistical significance between experimental group and control group(P >0.05).
