Purge Cream Apply Umbilical Treatment Of Infantile Constipation (Dyspepsia Lung Heat Type) Clinical Research

Purpose:Through the observation of the external treatment of traditional Chinese Medicine,the treatment of infantile constipation(dyspepsia heat type) that the curative effect of "purge cream apply umbilical" and objective evaluation that the clinic treatment of infantile constipation(dyspepsia heat type).Observe its efficacy and safety,and improve the cure rate of infantile constipation,and reduce the defecation pains of children.And provide theoretical basis for purge cream apply umbilical treatment infantile constipation,and in order to facilitate popularization and application in clinical.Method:Randomly selected 90 cases of children who accord with the dyspepsia heat type constipation and divided into the treatment group,control group A and control group B,30 cases in each group,were observational studied.The treatment group:to give the purge cream apply umbilical adds the children cough oral liquid deposition treatment,the control group A:just to give the children cough oral liquid deposition treatment;the control B:just to give the purge cream apply umbilical treatment.Generally 5 days a course,observed the two period of treatment and followed up for 1 month.Result:The three groups after the treatment, the treatment group:12 cases were cured,11 cases markedly effective, effective 5 cases, invalid 2 cases, total effective rate was 93.33%; the control group A:4 cases were cured,4 cases markedly effective, effective 13 cases, invalid 9 cases, the total efficiency of 73.33%; control group:cure B in 5 cases,6 cases markedly effective, effective 10 cases, invalid 9 cases, the total efficiency of 70%.Compared the three groups,the treatment group total effectiveness is better than the control group(the control group A and group B).There is significant difference in three groups(P<0.05).There is not significant difference between the control group A and group B(P>0.05).Conclusion:The purge cream apply umbilical treatment of infantile constipation has the obvious curative effect.It not only solves the difficulty of the pediatric oral Chinese medicine,not easy to carry and other issues.As a new green therapy,it is worth popularization and application in clinical.
