And from the main factors influencing the undergraduate nurse resignation will explore the strategy of reducing the cost of the nurse can make the undergraduate nurses in clinical work, give full play to the advantage of high scientific and cultural quality and scientific research ability.Methods:using convenient sampling and cluster sampling method, with job in Changchun city of Jilin province in the third rate, level 2 grade a, community health service center of the first degree for full-time undergraduate 221 clinical nurses as the research object, from October 2014 to November 2014 to carry out the questionnaire. Embedded research contents include: ①work scale investigation Changchun undergraduate nurses working embedded within and outside the embedded condition ② the turnover intention scale(TIS)investigation Changchun undergraduate nurse turnover intention. EpiData3.1software applied to build the database, the IBM SPSS Statistics 19 software for statistical data analysis, the testing standard of alpha = 0.05, P values were bilateral probability; Descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, validity analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, variance analysis, regression analysis and other statistical methods to analyze the basic information of the questionnaire and the working inserts the correlation of different dimensions and quit intention.Results:1. Changchun undergraduate nurse resignation will always divided into 2.73±0.46 points, in retention intend to six items, including "whether you want to seek a job other properties of the same" this entry scored lowest,at 2.47±1.02 points, scored the highest item is "do you think you are now working ability, the possibility of finding new suitable job?", 3.48±3.48 points. 2.Changchun undergraduate nurses work, embedded into 3.25±0.45 points, his work,the embedding dimension were 3.39±0.53 points, including tissue matching dimension score was 3.51±0.65, organization link dimension score was 2.56±0.61, organizing sacrifice dimension score was 3.37±0.72; Work outside the embedding dimension are always divided into 3.07±0.73 points, the community matching dimension score was 3.31±0.75, community sacrifice dimension score was 3.30±0.75, community link dimension score was 2.75±0.61. 3.
