Objective: to verify the application effectiveness of the treatment of "Kai Dao" theory to guide clinical acupuncture treatment of amblyopiathe electrophysiological mechanismof deprivation amblyopia effect.Method: healthy 14 D old Wistar rats were cast unilateral eyelid sutur e, with routine disinfection, to prevent seam off, after 14 days in normal en vironment, cast flash visual evoked potential detection, record the amplitude of wave P2(AP2) and peak latency(LP2), compared with the blank control group; after the 28 D rats were randomly divided into 3 groups, respectivel y, to model group acupuncture group and non acupoint acupuncture group, a cupuncture group selected Ying Xiang acupoint, left and right ear tip poin t, Baihui, and both Jingming casting acupuncture, acupoint acupuncture grou p with acupuncture channel 1cm, main and collateral channels based on non p oint as the stimulation of acupuncture, 14 days later,record the second dataof flash visual evoked potential detection, record the AP2 and LP2 values of P2 wave, compare with the two groups.Results: 1, P28 F-VEP, AP2 in the right and left eyes of blank group, LP2 value had no significant difference; the model group deprived eyes compared with normal eyes, the AP2 value decreased significantly(P=0), LP2 index was significantly increased(P=0);model group and blank group the deprived eye eye is the decrease of AP2 value(P=0),LP2 value(P=0).At the age of 2, P42 F-VEP, blank control group, model group, eye deprived eyes enlighten group deprived of statistically significant eye, non acupoint group deprived eye were difference in AP2(P < 0.05); group and model group give the deprived eye deprived eyes compared with the increase of AP2 v a l u e( P = 0); g r o u p c o u n s e l i n g i n d e p r i v e d e y e s a n d n o n a c u p o i n t group deprived eyes compared AP2 value increased(P=0.001); non acupoint group and the model group, the deprived eye deprived eyes compared with the increase of AP2 value(P=0); control group was higher than the group of lefteye values to the deprived eye AP2(P=0); group and blank group to the deprived eye eye is LP2,P=0.788 is greater than 0.05, the difference was not statistically the significance of the deprived eye; enlighten group and model group in deprived eyes compared LP2 decreased(P=0); non acupoint group and the model group, the deprived eye deprived eyes compared with the decrease of LP2 val ue(P =0. 005); group couns eli ng in deprived eyes in deprived e y e s c o m p a r e d w i t h n o n a c u p o i n t g r o u p L P 2 d e c r e a s e d( P = 0).Conclusion:1, under normal conditions, rats with left and right F-VEP detection showed no statistically significant difference.2, through the model of unilateral lid suture 14 days can cause the deprived eyes and normal eye s of group or the blank control group were left in P2 wave amplitude decreas ed and latency prolonged, the difference was statistically significant, provedby unilateral eyelid suture 14 days can be caused by form deprivation am blyopia model.3, based on the theory of channel acupuncture treatment grou p and model group, the deprived eye deprived eyes compared, P2 amplitude i ncreased and the peak latencyshortened, the difference was statistically sign ificant, the acupuncture intervention can improve the rat F-VEP.4, based on t he "enlightened" acupuncture method for AP2, LP2 is worth more than the "non acupoint acupuncture," evidence "enlighten" theory can be used to guidethetreatment of amblyopia.
