Using HPLC, the content of estradiol in different habitats of oviductus ranae and other common food and so on a series of samples were determined. Using female Kunming mice 24, were randomly divided into high dose group, low dose group and blank group. Group administered intragastrically oviductus ranae, blank group was lavaged with physiological saline. After the last administration, ovary, uterus and adrenal from mice in each group were weighed, and the tissue sections were pathologic morphology, serum hormone level. By using the Western method for the detection of Blot expression in mouse uterus, ovary and adrenal protein in FSHR, TβR I and TβR II.Result: After a preliminary analysis, hormonal composition of oviductus ranae mainly contains 0.33% androsterone acetate, 0.35% prostaglandin, 0.52% medrogestone, 23.94% cholesterol and 0.87% estradiol.
