| In the early days after foundation, Japanese encephalitis is epidemic and rampant in our country, which causes great damage to people’s health and property. The Chinese Communist Party and the government will be the prevention and treatment of Japanese encephalitis as a political task, which must be completed and adhere to the principle of epidemic prevention propaganda and disease treatment. An epidemic of disease will be as a relationship between a part of social construction of major public events. It affects the regime will be stable directly. In the 1950’ s, the Chinese Communist Party and the government managed to control the prevalence and spread of Japanese encephalitis. It has accumulated rich experience of epidemic prevention of it. And this has laid a solid foundation of the prevention of new epidemic prevention career and social development.The article has four parts. The first part is the introduction of Japanese encephalitis, from the early since the founding of the nation’s basic medical and health conditions, to the outbreak of epidemic encephalitis background and basic situ characteristics of this disease. The second part introduces the national treatment of epidemic Japanese encephalitis, from the laws and regulations and system, the medical personnel training and treatment measures, etc. The third part is based of the treatment measures of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine treatment as well as the combination of Chinese and western medicine treatment of innovation. The fourth part summarizes treatment of epidemic encephalitis b prevention and control of achievements in the early under the leadership of the party and government attaches great importance of it. And it focuses on the practice of the party and government work experience, in order to for the government to give some references to social and public emergency response. And it will help us to recognize how to realize the social stability and economic development. |
