| Purpose: By means of core strength exercise intervention before and after the adolescent spinal posture, spinal stability, spinal flexibility analysis and research of the spinal functional test indexes such as change, discusses the influence of core strength training of adolescent spinal function. Methods: Select a middle school in Su zhou 2 grade 180 healthy boys in school as the subjects of this study. They were divived into control group and experimental group.Interventions for core strength training, the subjects for core strength training, 30min/three times/week, every time, performed by school physical teacher guidance.Experiments on February 24, 2014 to June 14,2014. In the core strength training before and after intervention, the two respectively using Spinal mouse spinal electronic measuring instrument in front of the(Upright,U) ã€(Flexion,F) ã€(Matthiass,M)spinal function indicators relevant tests under different positions. The results of the test input processing, computer software for spinal column and spinal posture, spine flexibility and stability of the spine related data. Using SPSS19.0 software for experimental data for statistical analysis. Results: 1.Compared with before the experiment, experiment after spinal function fine level increased the number of 16 people, the total number of 40%; And the poor and poor level to reduce the number nine people, accounting for 27.8% of the total;Good posture ranks number increased by 11 people,24.4% of the total, the number of poor and poor level reduces the 21,44.4% of the total. Excellent flexibility level increased the number of 19 people, and the number of poor and poor level reduces the 5;Excellent stability level number is increased by 11 people before experiment, bad stability, reduce the number of 23 people, accounting for 23.3% of the total.2.Compared with before the experiment, the experimental subjects were excellent, good grade after increased from 84 to 84, the percentage from 23.3% to 39.1%; Poor and poor level from 173 to 173, the percentage from 48.1% to 29.2%.3.Compared with before the experiment, the experimental function of spine after comprehensive score increased from 2.54±1.24 to 3.11±1.14(P ﹤ 0.01);Spinal posture score increased from 2.00±1.13 to 2.61±1.04(P﹤ 0.01);Spinal flexible score increased from 3.13±1.26 to 3.45±1.15(P ﹤ 0.05);Spinal stability score increased from 2.62±1.1to 3.10±1.03(P ﹤ 0.01). With spinal flexibility scoring average highest, followed by spinal stability, the lowest score for spinal posture.4.Compared with before the experiment, spinal upright position Th1/2-Th2/3ã€Th8/9-Th9/10 joint angles show significant changes(P ﹤ 0.001, P ﹤ 0.05), accord with human body physiology curve spine;F-U(spinal flexible) joint angle Th1/2-Th6/7 and L1/2-L4/5joint angle increased obviously, Th1/2ã€Th3/4ã€Th4/5 and L1/2-L4/5 joint Angle change show significant difference(P﹤0.05);M-U(spinal stability) joint angle curved Angle and Th2/3-Th6/7 and Th10/11-Th11/12 anteflexion Angle showed a trend of smaller and Th1/2-Th3/4 joint angle changes have significant difference(P﹤0.05).Conclusion: 1.The core strength training, experimental group spinal function of each index number of excellent, good level and the comprehensive level increased, the percentage were increased; Poor and poor grade and comprehensive grade person-times reduce, the percentage are lower.2.The core strength training, experimental group function, spinal column posture, spine flexibility, stability of the spine comprehensive scores were significantly improved, spinal posture, spine flexibility and spinal stability are improved obviously.3.The core strength training can effectively improve spinal dysfunction, lead to the normal spinal function as a whole, is beneficial to improve spinal health level, is a positive means to promote the healthy development of the spine. |
