| Objective The purpose of the study is to investigate Work- related musculoskeletal disorders condition of Chinese nuclear power plant, and measuring the size of human body and the seat in nuclear power plant, in order to preliminary find the size fit to nuclear power plant operators and prevent the happening of Work- related musculoskeletal disorders. Methods 1.research object:using cluster random sampling method, extraction of running a nuclear power plant master control room 102 operator as a team, to exclude unwilling to cooperate or has a history of bone spinal trauma, with an average age of 23.74 and 3.22, 3.21 and 2.81 years on average. The same method to extract the nuclear power plant 124 ordinary radioactive workers as control group, the average age of 22.74 and 4.22 years, the average length of 5.21 and 2.81 years. The two groups were men, age and length of service no statistically difference(p > 0.05) between 2.measurement tools: Anthropometer, Martin measuring instrument, round rod Angle square, tape, ruler, weight-machine, triangle, coordinate paper, etc. 3.measuring standards: The human body data collection based on national standard GB/T5703-2010 testing, and chair seat data collection reference to QBT2280-2007. 4.Assessment tool and judgment: Research used the Work- related musculoskeletal disorders evaluation on a nuclear power plant operators, which was researched and developed by the localization of Chinese scholars and revised the Nordic countries. Supervise them complete it by the professionals, and then according to its by the medical staff occupational history, muscles, bones, limited scope of activities and activities, and whether there is a pressure point in areas such as the neck, waist, and considering the history of bone diseases and spinal trauma, etc. 5.Standard test:The test was conducted and supervised by professional testers, and subjects required to complete the test which accord to the unified instruction. Theenvironment while they were answering was required to be comfortable and quiet, avoiding strong light, noise, electronic interference or other potential interferences. 6.Statistical analysis:All analyses were performed using the SPSS computer software, version 19.0 for Windows(IBM SPSS Statistics).adopting percentile data statistical analysis, chi-square test and other methods. Results 1The study of the operator and ordinary radioactive workers exist significant differences between prevalence of Work-related musculoskeletal disorders( ?2=23.145,p<0.001). 2 Different parts of the difference between Work- related musculoskeletal disorders prevalence also statistically significant( ?2= 33.616, 33.616, 33.616, 21.669, p < 0.05). 3 The Operators body data collected and human body size data provided by different. 4 based on The Operators body data collected, and the best function of preliminary the design standard of seat size is about: seat, seat height 430.6 mm width is 464.4 mm, seat depth of423.2 mm, armrest height 296.3 mm.Conclusion Under the existing seat size, the operator Work- related musculoskeletal disorders damage incident rate over 70%in nuclear power plant, which is based on the ergonomics of the human body seat design helps ease Work- related musculoskeletal disorders, the safe running of the nuclear power plant. |
