| Part1 The analysis of tumor patients in the expression of serum level of Neogenin and its correlation with s-HJV, BMP6, Hepcidin Objective: Based on 107 cases of solid tumor patients with neonatal protein(Neogenin), solubal-hepcidin regulation protein(s-HJV), bone morphogenetic protein 6(BMP6), hepcidin(Hepcidin) expression of the characteristics and the relationship with tumor related anemia, Understanding of iron metabolism in tumor patients and its influencing factors of relationship between the development of anemia. Methods: From 2009 January-2014 March in the affiliated Taicang Hospital of Soochow University in 107 cases patients with tumor related information, All patients for postoperative pathological diagnosis. The blood of patients were divided into test tubes in the morning,The Hb was measured by conventional methods of real time detection, While the rest of the serum samples of ultra was placed in low temperature refrigerator。The serum samples of 107 patients were detected by ABC-ELISA at the same time, to detect Neogenin, s-HJV, BMP6 and Hepcidin concentrations, and to analyze its correlation with anemia and others. Chemiluminescence detection of SF, VB12 and folic acid to eliminate malnutrition caused by anemia patients. Results: â‘ The s-HJV and NEO in patients with anemia were significantly lower than those without anemia patients, there was statistical significance in P<0.05, and positively correlated with Hb(R =0.2203, P<0.05; R =0.2124, P<0.05); BMP6 and Hepcidin expression were significantly higher than those without anemia patients, there was statistical significance in P<0.05, and negative correlation with Hb(r =-0.2735, P<0.05;r =-0.3102, P<0.01).â‘¡There was negative correlation between BMP6 and s-HJV in patients with solid tumor(P<0.05), and no correlation with Hepcidin(P >0.05).â‘¢Between the Neogenin and s-HJV, Hepcidin were positively correlated(P<0.01). There was no obvious correlation between the Hepcidin and the s-HJV(r =0.0991, P >0.05). Conclusion: 1. Patients with tumor related anemia BMP6 and Hepcidin were significantly increased in peripheral serum, while s-HJV and Neogenin level decreased; 2. BMP6 and s-HJV concentration was negatively correlated,with NEO and s-HJVã€Hepcidin was positively correlated;This three regulate the expression of Hepcidin and play an important role in the occurrence and development of anemia, Part 2 The analysis of the expression characteristics of Neogenin and its correlation with HJV, BMP6, Hepcidin in tumor tissue Objective: Through the study on the expression characteristics of 80 cases of tumor patients in tumor tissue of Neogenin, HJV, BMP6, Hepcidin and with Hb correlation analysis, Understanding of iron metabolism in tumor patients and its influencing factors of relationship between the development of anemia. Methods: From 2009 January-2014 March in the affiliated Taicang Hospital of Soochow University paraffin block of 80 cases operation resection of tumor,were confirmed by pathology, no preoperative chemotherapy or radiotherapy. Using immunohistochemical method in 80 cases of tumor patients to detect the Neogenin, HJV, BMP6 and Hepcidin concentrations, and to analyze the relationship between them and their relationship with anemia. All patients detected blood routine test and biochemical detection with a full set of other conventional examition, simultaneous detection of SF, Vit B12, folic acid. Results: â‘ There is no significant difference between anemia patients with tumor and no anemia group in the tumor tissue NEO, HJV, BMP6, Hepcidin positive expression rate(P > 0.05). â‘¡Theere is no obvious difference between gastrointestinal tumor and breast tumor in the tumor tissue Neogenin, HJV, BMP6, Hepcidin positive expression rate(P > 0.05).â‘¢ BMP6 is positively correlated with Hepcidin(P<0.01), while no correlation with HJV(P >0.05).â‘£ Neogenin is also positively correlated with Hepcidin(P<0.01), while no correlation with HJV(P >0.05).⑤ Hepcidin is no correlation HJV(r = 0.119, P > 0.05). Conclusion:1.The anemia of tumor patients has no relation with the expression of Neogenin, HJV, BMP6 and Hepcidin in tumor tissue. There is no relationship between Hb and Neogenin, HJV, BMP6.2. Gastrointestinal tumor tissue and breast tumor tissue in patients has no obvious difference in the Neogenin, HJV, BMP6, Hepcidin expression. And Neogenin, HJV have no relevant relations between and among BMP6. 3. Neogenin expression level in serum and tumor tissue has no relationship. |
