Determining The Blood Plasma Il-4and Ifn-gamma Level Of Asthmatic Children And Its Concentration With Allergen Of Ai Hao

Objective:To observe the blood plasma IL-4、IFN-gamma concentration of the part of children with asthma in urumqi, xinjiang region,explore its concentration with the onset of asthma and allergen of ai hao.Methods: Collection of peripheral blood, with double antibody sandwich ELISA method for determination of two groups of plasma IL-4, concentration of IFN- gamma,comparison between the two groups of serum IL-4, IFN-gamma density difference. And select 25 cases with allergens serological laboratory testing method is used to detect the allergens. Detected in patients allergic to ai hao set as the experimental group, allergic to ai hao is not set as control group, compared two groups between plasma IL- 4, IFN-gamma density difference.Results: 1. The children with asthma acute phase plasma IL-4 levels are significantly higher than control group(P<0.01,H=21.22), and IFN- gamma content is significantly lower than the control group(P<0.01, H=-13.94), IL- 4 /IFN- gamma ratio exists obviously different between the two groups(P<0.01,H=134.256). 2. The ai hao allergic patients serum IL- 4 content is higher than the control group, but no significant difference statistically significant(P>0.05, H=0.094), and INF- gamma content is lower than the control group, but also has no obvious statistical significance difference(P>0.05,H=0.442), IL-4/IFN-gamma ratio exists has no obvious difference between the two groups(P>0.05,F=1.322).Conclusion:(1) The concentration of Th2 type cytokine IL-4 was higher in children with asthma than that in controls.The concentration of Thl type cytokine IFN-gamma was lower in children with asthma than that in controls.Indicating that the balance of Thl/Th2 cell immune is destructed in children with asthma;(2) IL-4 and IFN-gamma test may be used as a diagnostic method for asthma at the same time, this study provide methods basis for the use of anti IL-4 preparation, supplementary IFN- gamma immunological for treatment of asthma.(3)ai hao may not be a cause of main allergens which make plasma IL-4 and IFN-gamma concentration change.
