Objective:analysis the expression characteristics of the Ki-67 antigen in HER-2 overexpressing breast cancer, to analysis the Ki-67 antigen can/can’t be the prognostic indicators and further classified reference to explore HER-2 overexpressing breast cancer; To observe the clinical efficacy of HER-2 over expression breast cancer and HER-2 low expression breast cancer, a deeper understanding the HER-2 amplified breast cancer; Methods:collected the breast cancer (ER-, PR-, HER-2+/HER-2-) 155 patients that pathological diagnosised from the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University since 2006.01.01 to 2014.01.01, organized the patient pathology immunohistochemistry,the results of the inspection, stage of disease, postoperative therapy, postoperative follow-up results, retrospectively analyzed the HER-2-positive and HER-2-negative groups.Results:HER-2 overexpressing breast cancer was better than the triple-negative breast cancer chemotherapy (P<0.05), Ki-67 antigen overexpressed effective of chemotherapy in HER-2 overexpressing breast cancer was better than the patients with low expression (P= 0.047), there was positive correlation between the HER-2 over-expression and Ki-67 antigen (r=0.168,P=0.036); there was no correlation between the expression of HER-2 in tumor size and TNM stage, lymph node metastasis and recurrence (P>0.05); there was correlation between the Ki-67 expression and lymph node metastasis (P=0.036); there was no correlation between the Ki-67 expression and tumor size(P>0.05); the Her-2 low expression recurrence risk is 24.78 times to the Her-2over-expression group (P<0.05); the Her-2 overexpression sensitivity to chemotherapy is 20 times to the low expression group of breast cancer (P<0.05).Conclution:the HER-2 overexpressing breast cancer is more effective than low HER-2 expression in breast cancer (triple-negative breast cancer), HER-2 and Ki-67 is...
