| Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of surgical treatment in patients with intractable epilepsy, and to analyze the related factors influencing the surgical curative effect, in order to control seizures related factors affecting the prognosis and the best treatment plan.Methods:Follow-up of 2009-07/2014-07 in xinjiang medical university first affiliated hospital neurosurgery epilepsy surgery in 108 cases, the cases of medical history, imaging examination, electrophysiological monitoring result and its operation plan and operation and prognosis were retrospectively analyzed.Results:Epileptogenic zone onset age, position and the prognosis of patients with postoperative no statistical difference (P>0.05).Patients with the medial temporal lobe epilepsy surgery effect best, pathological results, and the prognosis of surgery statistically significant corpus callosum surgical removal of the worst prognosis, hippocampal amygdala resection surgery prognosis is most ideal.Intraoperative eeg changes and prognosis of surgery was statistically difference (P< 0.01), spike wave number decreased significantly in operation and the prognosis is better.Conclusion:Conforms to the operation against epilepsy surgery patients, need to system evaluation the clinical situation, choose the appropriate operation scheme.Epilepsy to accurate positioning of the oven, is vital for the success of surgical treatment for epilepsy.Intraoperative cortical eeg monitoring, for accurate cutting epileptogenic zone and has a guiding role. |
