| Objective:To analyze the effects of CPAP therapy in Heart Failure patients with sleep apnea syndrome. Methods:Since day the library was built to January 312015, CPAP for heart failure with sleep apnea syndrome intervention literature searching, screening less than two weeks after the effective CPAP therapy and blood pressure before and after treatment randomized trial data integrity, and data analysis. Results:After screening, incorporating 15 relevant literature, a total of 1392 people. Before and after CPAP treatment group were poor left ventricular ejection fraction was 5.05,95% CI [3.72,6.38]; diastolic mean difference-1.67,95% CI [-3.09,-0.25]; mean difference in heart rate-5.92,95% CI [-10.12,-1.72], these three kinds of indicators have improved significantly; mean difference in systolic blood pressure was-6.85,95% CI [-16.11,2.41]; mortality OR=0.63,95% CI [0.40,1.00], these two indicators are not significantly improved. Conclusion:For heart failure patients with sleep apnea syndrome, effective CPAP treatment will help control the symptoms of high blood pressure and the initial OSAHS patients after effective CPAP significantly reduced blood pressure. At the same time the need for further research to better prove CPAP therapy for heart failure with sleep apnea syndrome in patients with other cardiovascular indicators improve ventilation affect the situation. |
