Curative Effect Observation Of Point Injection In The Treatment Of Hemifacial Spasm Secondary To Facial Neuritis

Objective:This study select patients with hemifacial spasm after facial neuritis as the object, through the facial nerve in the distribution area of the facial as the selection of acupuncture point, with the treatment of acupoint injection of drug, to observe the efficacy of the therapy.Methods:According to the diagnostic criteria, inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria, we chose 60 cases of Harbin Medical University First Affiliated Hospital nerve internal medicine and Department of acupuncture and moxibustion facial neuritis of hemifacial spasm patients, were randomly assigned to two groups, treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group, the treatment group received acupoint injection of mouse nerve growth factor, the first three weeks of the treatment of acupuncture point injection twice a week, the fourth and the fifth week once a week,five weeks as a course. A course of treatment. The control group were treated with traditional acupuncture take flat reinforcing reducing method of acupuncture, once a day, 10 days a course of treatment, rest a week for the second course of treatment, a total of three courses. The efficacy was evaluated after the treatment.Results:After the treatment,the group with the treatment of acupoint injection of drugthrough the facial nerve in the distribution area of the facial as the selection of acupuncture point, the total effective rate was 83.33% after treatment, better than the control group 66.67%, and in improving the clinical symptoms in patients is better than the control group.Conclusion:Based face facial nerve distribution area of acupoint drug injection in the treatment of facial neuritis of hemifacial spasm, simple operation and reliable method and has no obvious toxic side effects. The curative effect is better than that of the traditional acupuncture, and it is worth to be popularized in clinic.
