To Observe The Curative Effect Of The Phlegm And Dispelling Stasis, Spleen And Kidney Strengthening Methods For The Ms With Early Renal Damage

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of the phlegm and dispelling stasis,spleen and kidney strengthening method in patients with MS and early renal damageMethods:Select 80 cases of patients with MS and early damage of kidney, phlegm and blood stasis,spleen and kidney deficiency type.The control group and treatment group were divided into 40 cases. The control group was treated with routine western medicine, the treatment group received on the basis of conventional western medicine add of basis treatment strengthening the spleen and kidney,phlegm and dispelling stasis method.Two groups were treated for 8 weeks.Observation and were compared between the two groups before and after treatment in patients with fasting blood glucose, triglyceride, high density lipoprotein,body mass index,waist circumference,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure change; before and after treatment were compared between the two groupsurine microalbumin,alpha-1-microglobulin urine transferrin, urine immunoglobulin G levels and negative conversion rate;Observe two groups of patients before and after treatment TCM symptom. Analysis and comparison of statistical methods using SPSS 19.0 software.Results:After treatment,BMI,waist circumference,fasting blood glucose,TG, systolic pressure,diastolic pressure index between groups treatment group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05),group after treatment in treatment group,BMI,waist circumference,fasting blood glucose,TG,SBP,diastolic blood pressure compared with those before treatment decreased with statistical significance (P<0.05).In control group, fasting blood glucose,TG,SBP,diastolic blood pressure decreased significantly compared with those before treatment, with statistical significance (P<0.05). After HDL-C treatment,the two groups had no obvious change, no statistical significance (P>0.05).After treatment, AIM, TRU, MA, IGU levels in two groups have obvious difference, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Comparison of the control group and th-e above parameters were decreased more significantly than before treatment (P<0.05). The control groupafter treatment, AIM, TRU, MA decreased IGU (P<0.05), IGU aftertreatment showed no significant change (P>0.05). In addition to IGU early renal damage index negative rate of treatment group and control group had significant difference (P<0.05).The TCM symptoms of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group, there were significant differences between the groups (P<0.05).Concluson:1.The phlegm and dispelling stasis,spleen and kidney strengthening method canimprove the clinical symptoms of MS patients with early renal damage.2.The phlegm and dispelling stasis,spleen and kidney strengthening method can reduce MS early damage of kidney in the patients with blood pressure, blood glucose, TG, BMI, waist circumference.3.The phlegm and dispelling stasis,spleen and kidney strengthening method can reduce AIM, TRU, MA, IGU.
