Objective:Explore the clinical efficacy of plat wart-poisoned soup treatment of toxic heat accumulate knot type flat warts.Methods:60 cases flat warts patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group, n= 30, Treatment group to be plat wart-poisoned soup, one per day, approximately 200 ml of water to cook the juice, morning and evening, taken twice;Control group received levamisole piece:1.0g/times, three times a day (Zhunzi:H20100030 Shandong, rossing pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.);7 days for a course of treatment,and continuous 4 courses of treatment.After the judge the curatire effect.All data using SPSS 17.0 statistical software,data use χ±S expressed, Measurement data using t-test,Do not meet the normal distribution using function non-parametric test (rank sum test).Count data using χ2 test.Level data application Reedit.Result:①Through clinical observation, integrated efficacy, treatment group markedly effective rate was 90.00%,Control group, markedly effective rate was 53.33%,According the statistical treatment,Treatment group and the control group, two groups had significant difference (P<0.05).②Both groups after treatment the clinical symptoms(number of rash,the rash size,the rash color,the rash consciously pruritus)score, clini-cal symptoms and the total integral and has obviously decreased by comparison (P<0.05) difference between the two groups was significant.Conclusion:①Flat wart poisonous soup is treating flat wart (hot poison accumulate junction) the effective prescription. ②Flat wart poisonous soup treating flat wart (hot poison accumulate junction) the curative effect is better than that of levamisole slices.
