Limited Internal Fixation Combined With External Fixator Methods Treatment To Pilon Fractures Analysis Of The Curative Effect

Objective:For different operation time, the curative effect of surgical treatment of Pilon fractures is analyzed, and for the prevention and control of complications were discussed. Methods:Select the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University in 2012 July to 2014 May were patients with Pilon fracture,50 cases according to the diagnostic criteria selected to meet the requirements of the patients, and 50 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group,25 cases in observation group were treated with open reduction and internal fixation method of treatment,25 patients in the control group treated with limited internal fixation combined with external fixation in the treatment method, the end of the 8 month after treatment in two groups of patients with Mazur score standard of evaluation score, two groups were observed in patients with therapeutic effect. Results:Observation group total effective rate was 80% in patients with the control group was 48%. The more similar between the two groups was statistically significant (P< 0.05). Observation group of patients with complications for 1 case, the number of the control group for the 8 cases, are similar between the two groups was statistically significant (P< 0.05).Conclusion:the application of limited internal fixation combined with external fixation support method can achieve better curative effect...
